  Have bought 2 cues here and the customer service is absolutely brilliant. Bought my last cue, a one piece and the ferrule had become ever so slightly loose. Probably my fault for storing in a hot cold environment.! Totally sorted, no fuss and when I came to pay.... no charge. Friendly helpful knowledgeable and informal. Get yrself down and buy a cue.

Service is outstanding and the quality of products available is superb, if you Love Snooker like i do then this is definitely the place for you.
