  A Staff member by the name of " Jack Rennie " was rude , passive and damn right ignorant, I asked for a size in a certain shoe , he then walked off which I assumed was to get my shoe , 10 minutes of waiting later I looked over to the door by the side of the till , there he stood with three other members off staff just having a casual laugh and chit chat and not to mention empty handed with no shoe box to be seen. When he eventually stopped talking he walked over to another customer stood near me I then confronted him in a polite manor asking if he'd found my size which he then replied with a passive " no " and proceeded to walk off over to another section of the store. I cannot believe the sheer ignorance your members of staff show, clearly staff training isn't your stores strong point and customer service needs to be improved massively!!!
